PRODUCTION TAKES PLACE IN THE MAIN COMPANY PREMISES AT BULCIAGO. AN AREA OF AROUND 3700 SQUARE METERS HOUSES THE VARIOUS PRODUCTION STAGES RANGING FROM DESIGN AND PROTOTYPING TO GARMENT DEVELOPMENT AND MANUFACTURE, AND THE METICULOUS TASK OF QUALITY CONTROL.

Over the years, the company has developed and fine-tuned a complex and efficient production process in which every cog in the wheel runs perfectly smoothly, guaranteeing end results of impeccable quality.

DESIGN & PATTERN MAKING

This is the first step in the creation of exquisitely refined garments. The designer’s sketches and fashion flats are examined: these creative ideas are then handed to expert pattern makers, who avail of sophisticated software to produce accurate paper patterns.

PROTOTYPING

The paper pattern is then used to produce a first prototype in raw canvas, followed by another in fabric. This step makes it possible to evaluate the fit of the garment, allowing an objective analysis of its characteristics. At this stage, dialog with the customer is essential in order to personalize the garment to meet their specific needs.

SAMPLING

Once approved by the customer, garment samples are produced and presented to the public and the retail chain through fashion shows. At this stage, too, synergy between the company and its designers is essential.

PRODUCTION

This is the beating heart of the production process. Next-generation machinery and advanced technology ensure the creation of products of veritable excellence. Over the years, the company has introduced innovative production processes, from thermo-taping and heat sealing to direct feather injection and laser cutting.

QUALITY CONTROL

The produced garments are then examined by expert professionals who evaluate their quality and finish. This process requires great care and attention to ensure that only totally perfect garments are packed and shipped out to customers.
